정치자금법 제16조(정치자금영수증과의 교환에 의한 모금)

①후원회 또는 후원회로부터 위임을 받은 자는 정치자금영수증을 후원금과 교환하는 방법으로 모금을 할 수 있다.

②제1항의 규정에 의하여 후원회로부터 위임받은 자가 후원금을 모금한 때에는 30일 이내에 그 후원회의 회계책임자에게 정치자금영수증 원부와 후원인의 성명ㆍ생년월일ㆍ주소ㆍ전화번호 및 후원금을 인계하여야 한다.

③정치자금영수증과의 교환에 의한 모금의 위임절차와 방법 그 밖에 필요한 사항은 중앙선거관리위원회규칙으로 정한다.
