제주4ㆍ3사건 진상규명 및 희생자 명예회복에 관한 특별법 제16조의3(심의ㆍ의결 등)

① 제16조의2에 따라 보상금 신청을 받은 실무위원회는 관련 증빙서류 등에 관한 사실조사를 실시한 후 의견을 첨부하여 위원회에 심의ㆍ의결을 요청하여야 한다.

② 위원회는 제1항에 따른 요청을 받은 날부터 90일 이내에 심의ㆍ의결하고, 그 결과를 실무위원회에 통보하여야 한다.
