제주4ㆍ3사건 진상규명 및 희생자 명예회복에 관한 특별법 제17조의3(지연 이자)

① 제16조의2에 따른 보상금의 신청을 위원회가 결정한 순서로 접수함에 따라 최초 신청접수 개시일부터 1년이 경과한 후 신청순서가 도래하는 신청인에게는 최초 신청접수 개시일 후 1년이 경과한 날부터 해당 순서의 신청접수 시작일까지 지연되는 기간에 대하여 이자를 가산하여 보상금등을 지급한다. 다만, 신청인의 귀책사유로 신청이 지연된 경우는 제외한다.

② 이 법에 따른 보상금등은 제17조의2제1항에 따른 신청인의 보상금등 지급 청구가 있는 날부터 30일 이내에 지급하되, 정해진 기한까지 미지급 시 지연되는 기간에 대하여 이자를 가산하여 지급한다.

③ 제1항 및 제2항에 따른 이자는 시중은행의 1년 만기 정기예금 평균 수신금리를 고려하여 대통령령으로 정하는 이자율에 따라 계산한다.
