① 가정폭력피해자가 법 제29조제6항에 따라 주민등록표의 열람 또는 등ㆍ초본 교부를 제한하려면 행정안전부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 시장ㆍ군수 또는 구청장에게 신청해야 한다.
