주세법 제11조(납부기한)

① 주세는 매 분기 분을 제9조제1항에 따른 신고서 제출기한까지 관할 세무서장에게 납부하여야 한다. 다만, 수입하는 주류에 관하여는 「관세법」에 따른다.

② 제9조제2항에 따른 신고를 하는 경우에는 주세를 해당 신고서 제출기한까지 관할 세무서장에게 납부하여야 한다.
