주택법 제14조(주택조합에 대한 감독 등)

① 국토교통부장관 또는 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 주택공급에 관한 질서를 유지하기 위하여 특히 필요하다고 인정되는 경우에는 국가가 관리하고 있는 행정전산망 등을 이용하여 주택조합 구성원의 자격 등에 관하여 필요한 사항을 확인할 수 있다.

② 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 주택조합 또는 주택조합의 구성원이 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 주택조합의 설립인가를 취소할 수 있다.

⑤ 국토교통부장관, 특별시장ㆍ통합특별시장ㆍ광역시장ㆍ특별자치시장ㆍ도지사 또는 특별자치도지사(이하 "시ㆍ도지사"라 한다), 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 이 법에 따른 주택조합의 원활한 사업추진을 위하여 관계 공무원 및 전문가로 구성된 점검반을 구성하여 모집주체 및 주택조합(제15조제1항에 따른 사업계획승인을 받은 경우에는 사업주체를 포함한다)에 대한 현장조사를 실시할 수 있으며, 현장조사 결과에 따라 위법사항의 시정요구 또는 수사기관에 고발 등 필요한 조치를 할 수 있다. 이 경우 관할 지방자치단체의 장, 모집주체 및 주택조합은 대통령령으로 정하는 자료의 제공 등 점검반의 활동에 적극 협조하여야 하며, 현장조사에 관하여는 제93조제2항부터 제4항까지를 준용한다. <신설 2026.9.8>
