지뢰피해자 지원에 관한 특별법 시행령 제17조(위로금등의 지급결정 통지)

① 위원회가 위로금등의 지급결정을 한 경우에는 위로금등 지급결정서 원본을 보관하고, 신청인에게 위로금등 지급결정서 정본 2부 및 별지 제8호서식의 위로금등 지급결정 통지서를 송달하여야 한다. 이 경우 신청인의 대리인이 있을 때에는 대리인에게 송달하되, 신청인에게는 위로금등 지급결정서 등본 1부를 송달하여야 한다. <개정 2024.11.12>
