지방공무원 교육훈련법 시행령 제20조(교육훈련성적의 평가 및 수료)

① 교육훈련기관의 장은 객관적이고 공정한 평가기준과 평가방법에 따라 교육생의 교육훈련성적을 평가하여야 한다.

② 교육훈련은 100점 만점에 60점 이상의 성적을 받으면 수료하는 것으로 한다.

(2) Education에저케이션 and앤드 training트^r레이닝 is이즈 deemed딤드 completed컴플리티드 when웬 a어 score스코 of어^v브 60 or오 higher하이어 out아웃 of어^v브 100 is이즈 obtained.어브테인드

③ 교육훈련기관의 장은 교육훈련성적이 우수한 교육생을 표창할 수 있다.

(3) The^ð더 head헤드 of어^v브 an앤 education에저케이션 and앤드 training트^r레이닝 institution인스티투션 may메이 commend커멘드 trainees트^r레이니즈 with위^ð드 excellent엑설런트 education에저케이션 and앤드 training트^r레이닝 results.^r리절츠

④ 교육훈련기관의 장은 교육훈련과정이 끝난 후 10일 이내에 교육훈련 이수자의 교육훈련성적을 교육훈련 이수자가 소속된 기관의 장에게 통보하여야 한다.
