지방공무원 보수규정 제21조(보수계산)

①공무원의 보수는 법령에 특별한 규정이 있는 경우를 제외하고는 신규임용ㆍ승진ㆍ전직ㆍ전보ㆍ승급ㆍ감봉 기타 어떠한 경우의 임용에 있어서도 발령일을 기준으로 그 월액을 일할계산하여 지급한다.

②법령의 규정에 의하여 감액된 봉급을 지급받는 자에 대하여 다시 봉급을 감액하고자 하는 경우(동시에 2이상의 사유로 봉급을 감액하고자 하는 경우를 포함한다)에는 중복되는 감액기간에 한하여 이미 감액된 봉급액을 기준으로 하여 계산한다.
