지방공무원 임용후보자 장학규정 제13조(임용시험등)

①장학생이 학교를 졸업한 때에는 지방자치단체의 장이 정하는 바에 따라 경력경쟁임용시험등[「지방공무원법」(이하 "법"이라 한다) 제27조제2항에 따른 임용시험을 말한다. 이하 같다]에 응시해야 한다. 다만, 제2조에 따라 지방자치단체의 장이 정한 학과와 관련된 공무원임용시험에 이미 합격된 때에는 그렇지 않다. <개정 2011.8.22, 2021.12.7>

②지방자치단체의 장은 충원계획상 필요하다고 인정될 경우에는 경력경쟁임용시험등에 합격한 장학생을 본인의 동의를 얻어 당해 도내의 다른 임용권자에게 임용추천을 할 수 있다. <개정 2011.8.22>
