지방세특례제한법 제185조(신탁재산 감면 적용에 관한 특례)

위탁자가 신탁재산을 실질적으로 지배ㆍ통제하는 신탁으로서 대통령령으로 정하는 신탁의 위탁자가 해당 신탁재산을 개발ㆍ조성 및 건축하여 수탁자가 부동산을 취득하는 경우 위탁자가 해당 부동산을 취득한 것으로 보아 이 법에 따른 취득세 감면을 적용한다.
