지방 연구직 및 지도직공무원의 임용 등에 관한 규정 제21조(시험 실시기관)

① 연구관 및 지도관의 임용시험은 임용권자의 요구(시장ㆍ군수 및 자치구의 구청장은 특별시장ㆍ광역시장 또는 도지사를, 시ㆍ군ㆍ구의회의 의장은 특별시ㆍ광역시 또는 도의회의 의장을 거친다)에 의하여 교육부 장관이나 행정안전부장관이 실시한다. 다만, 일반 승진시험 및 임용예정 직무에 관한 자격증을 가진 사람에 대한 경력경쟁임용시험등은 임용권자의 요구에 의하여 시ㆍ도 단위로 각각 해당 시ㆍ도의 인사위원회(교육인사위원회를 포함한다. 이하 같다)가 실시한다. <개정 2011.8.22, 2013.3.23, 2013.12.4, 2014.11.19, 2017.7.26, 2021.11.30>
