Rules on the Execution of Business Promotion Expenses of Local Governments, Article 2 (Definitions)
이 규칙에서 정하는 용어의 뜻은 다음과 같다. <개정 2015.4.1>
The terms used in these Rules are defined as follows:
1. "업무추진비"란 다음 각 목의 어느 하나에 해당하는 비용을 말한다.
1. The term "business promotion expenses" means expenses falling under any of the following:
가. 지방자치단체의 장 등 업무추진비: 지방자치단체의 장과 보조기관, 의회사무기구의 장, 소속 행정기관의 장 및 하부행정기관의 장의 직무수행에 드는 비용과 지방자치단체가 시행하는 행사, 시책추진사업 및 투자사업의 원활한 추진을 위한 비용
(a) Business promotion expenses of the heads of local governments, etc.: Expenses incurred in the performance of duties of the heads of local governments and their assistant bodies, the heads of administrative organizations of local councils, the heads of affiliated administrative agencies and the heads of subordinate administrative agencies, and expenses for the smooth promotion of events, policy promotion projects and investment projects implemented by local governments;
나. 지방의회 의장 등 업무추진비: 지방의회 의장ㆍ부의장ㆍ상임위원장의 직무수행에 드는 비용과 지방의회의 의정활동을 수행하는데 필요한 비용
(b) Business promotion expenses of the chairpersons of local councils, etc.: Expenses incurred in the performance of duties of the chairpersons, vice chairpersons and chairpersons of standing committees of local councils, and expenses necessary for performing the legislative activities of local councils;
2. "회계관계공무원"이란 「회계관계직원 등의 책임에 관한 법률」 제2조제2호가목 및 나목에 해당하는 회계관계직원을 말한다.
2. The term "accounting officials" means accounting officials falling under Article 2 subparagraph 2 (a) and (b) of the Act on the Liability of Accounting Officials.
