지방자치단체의 개방형직위 및 공모직위의 운영 등에 관한 규정 제7조(개방형직위의 임용절차)

① 선발시험위원회는 개방형직위의 임용예정 직위별로 2명 또는 3명의 임용후보자를 선발하여 인사위원회에 통보해야 한다. 다만, 선발시험위원회에서 적격자가 1명이라고 판단한 경우에는 1명의 임용후보자를 선발하여 통보할 수 있다. <개정 2020.12.8>

② 제1항에 따라 임용후보자를 통보받은 인사위원회는 우선순위를 정하여 임용권자에게 추천하여야 하며, 임용권자는 인사위원회에서 추천한 임용후보자 중에서 임용하여야 한다.

③ 제2항에도 불구하고 임용권자는 인사위원회가 추천한 임용후보자 중에서 적격자가 없다고 판단한 경우에는 임용후보자 중에서 임용하지 않을 수 있다. <신설 2025.12.30>
