지방자치단체 출자ㆍ출연 기관의 운영에 관한 법률 제34조의2(수사기관 등의 수사 등 개시ㆍ종료 통보)

다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 기관은 출자ㆍ출연 기관의 임직원에 대하여 직무와 관련된 사건에 관한 조사나 수사를 시작한 때와 이를 마친 때[공소청(광역공소청, 지방공소청 및 지방공소청 지청을 포함한다. 이하 이 조에서 같다)의 경우에는 공소제기 여부를 결정한 때를 말한다]에는 10일 이내에 출자ㆍ출연 기관의 장에게 해당 사실과 그 결과를 통보하여야 한다. <개정 2026.8.4>
