지역 개발 및 지원에 관한 법률 제39조(공사 완료의 공고)

① 지정권자는 제38조에 따른 준공검사를 한 결과 지역개발사업이 실시계획대로 완료되었다고 인정하는 경우에는 시행자에게 준공검사 증명서를 발급하고 공사 완료 공고를 하여야 하며, 실시계획대로 완료되지 아니한 경우에는 지체 없이 보완시공 등 필요한 조치를 하도록 하여야 한다.

② 지정권자가 시행자인 경우 그 시행자는 지역개발사업의 공사를 완료하였을 때에는 공사 완료 공고를 하여야 한다. 이 경우 지정권자는 지역개발사업을 효율적으로 시행하기 위하여 필요하면 그 지역개발사업에 관한 공사가 전부 끝나기 전이라도 공사가 끝난 부분에 관하여 공사 완료 공고를 할 수 있다.
