지역상권 상생 및 활성화에 관한 법률 제19조(자율상권조합의 설립 등)

① 준비위원회는 자율상권조합을 설립하려는 경우 정관 등을 작성하여 대통령령으로 정하는 방법 및 절차에 따라 창립총회의 의결을 받은 후 다음 각 호의 사항을 첨부하여 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장으로부터 인가를 받아야 한다.

② 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장은 자율상권조합의 설립인가 신청을 받은 때에는 신청일부터 60일 이내에 인가 여부를 결정하여야 한다.

(2) Upon어판 receiving^r러시^v빙 an앤 application애플러케이션 for^f포 authorization오^θ써^r러제이션 of어^v브 establishment이스태블리시먼트 of어^v브 an앤 autonomous오타너머스 commercial커머실 district디스트^r릭트 association,어소우시에이션 the^ð더 head헤드 of어^v브 a어 Si/Gun/Gu시 shall섈 decide디사이드 whether웨^ð더 to투 authorize오^θ써^r라이즈 within위^ð딘 60 days데이즈 from^f프^r럼 the^ð더 date데잇 of어^v브 application.애플러케이션

③ 시장ㆍ군수ㆍ구청장이 제2항에서 정한 기간 내에 인가 여부를 통지하지 아니하면 그 기간이 끝난 날의 다음 날에 인가를 한 것으로 본다.

④ 그 밖에 자율상권조합의 설립인가 기준 등 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
