직업안정법 제11조(직업소개의 원칙)

① 직업안정기관의 장은 구직자에게는 그 능력에 알맞은 직업을 소개하고, 구인자에게는 구인조건에 적합한 구직자를 소개하도록 노력하여야 한다.
