집회 및 시위에 관한 법률 제10조(옥외집회와 시위의 금지 시간)

누구든지 해가 뜨기 전이나 해가 진 후에는 옥외집회 또는 시위를 하여서는 아니 된다. 다만, 집회의 성격상 부득이하여 주최자가 질서유지인을 두고 미리 신고한 경우에는 관할경찰관서장은 질서 유지를 위한 조건을 붙여 해가 뜨기 전이나 해가 진 후에도 옥외집회를 허용할 수 있다.
