정지조건부채권 또는 장래의 청구권이 최후의 배당에 관한 배당제외기간 안에 이를 행사할 수 있게 되지 못한 때에는 그 채권자는 배당에서 제외된다.
Where a claim subject to a condition precedent or a future claim has not become exercisable within the exclusion period for the final distribution, the creditor shall be excluded from the distribution.
