채무자 회생 및 파산에 관한 법률 제610조(변제계획안의 제출 및 수정)

①채무자는 개인회생절차개시의 신청일부터 14일 이내에 변제계획안을 제출하여야 한다. 다만, 법원은 상당한 이유가 있다고 인정하는 때에는 그 기간을 늘일 수 있다.

②채무자는 변제계획안이 인가되기 전에는 변제계획안을 수정할 수 있다.

(2) The^ð더 debtor데터 may메이 amend어멘드 the^ð더 draft드^r래^f프트 repayment^r리페이먼트 plan플랜 before비^f포 it잇 is이즈 confirmed.컨^f펌드

③법원은 이해관계인의 신청에 의하거나 직권으로 채무자에 대하여 변제계획안을 수정할 것을 명할 수 있다.

(3) The^ð더 court코트 may,메이 upon어판 application애플러케이션 by바이 an앤 interested인트^r러스티드 person퍼슨 or오 ex엑스 officio,어^f피시오 order오더 the^ð더 debtor데터 to투 amend어멘드 the^ð더 draft드^r래^f프트 repayment^r리페이먼트 plan.플랜

④제3항의 규정에 의한 수정명령이 있는 때에는 채무자는 법원이 정하는 기한 이내에 변제계획안을 수정하여야 한다.

⑤제597조제2항의 규정은 제2항 및 제3항의 규정에 의하여 변제계획안을 수정하는 경우에 이를 준용한다.
