책임운영기관의 설치ㆍ운영에 관한 법률 제50조(위원회의 구성 및 운영)

① 위원회는 위원장 및 부위원장 각 1명을 포함한 15명 이내의 위원으로 구성한다.

② 위원회의 위원장은 행정안전부장관이 되며, 부위원장은 제3항제2호에 따른 위원 중에서 행정안전부장관이 위촉한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2014.11.19, 2017.7.26>

(2) The^ð더 Chairperson체어퍼슨 of어^v브 the^ð더 Committee커미티 shall섈 be비 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 the^ð디 Interior인티^r리어 and앤드 Safety,세이^f프티 and앤드 the^ð더 Vice^v바이스 Chairperson체어퍼슨 shall섈 be비 commissioned커미션드 by바이 the^ð더 Minister미너스터 of어^v브 the^ð디 Interior인티^r리어 and앤드 Safety세이^f프티 from^f프^r럼 among어멍 the^ð더 members멤버즈 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (3) 2.

③ 위원회의 위원은 다음 각 호의 사람이 된다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2014.11.19, 2017.7.26>

(3) The^ð더 members멤버즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Committee커미티 shall섈 be비 the^ð더 following^f팔로잉 persons:퍼슨즈

④ 제3항제2호에 따른 위원의 임기는 2년으로 한다.

(4) The^ð더 term텀 of어^v브 office오^f피스 of어^v브 members멤버즈 under언더 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (3) 2 shall섈 be비 two투 years.이어즈

⑤ 이 법에서 규정한 사항 외에 위원회의 구성ㆍ운영, 분과위원회 설치 등에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
