1. 거짓이나 그 밖의 부정한 방법으로 등록한 경우

5. 정기점검등의 업무를 성실하게 수행하지 아니함으로써 철도시설의 손괴(損壞)나 중대한 결함을 발생시킨 경우

8. 제44조의4 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우. 다만, 제44조의4제6호에 해당하는 법인이 6개월 이내에 그 임원을 바꾸어 임명한 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다.
