청원법 제14조(접수ㆍ처리 상황의 통지 및 공개)

① 청원기관의 장은 청원의 접수 및 처리 상황을 청원인(공동청원의 경우 대표자를 말한다)에게 알려야 한다. 공개청원의 경우에는 온라인청원시스템에 접수 및 처리 상황을 공개하여야 한다.

② 제1항에 따른 통지 및 공개에 필요한 사항은 대법원규칙, 헌법재판소규칙, 중앙선거관리위원회규칙 및 대통령령으로 정한다.
