초ㆍ중등교육법 제23조의2(교육과정 영향 사전협의)

① 중앙행정기관의 장은 제23조에 따른 교육과정에 소관 법령에 따라 교육실시, 교육횟수, 교육시간, 결과보고 등이 의무적으로 부과되는 법정교육을 반영하는 내용의 법령을 제정하거나 개정하려는 경우에는 사전에 국가교육위원회와 협의하여야 한다.
