초ㆍ중등교육법 시행령 제60조(심의결과의 시행 등)

①국ㆍ공립학교의 장은 운영위원회의 심의결과를 최대한 존중하여야 하며, 그 심의결과와 다르게 시행하고자 하는 경우에는 이를 운영위원회와 관할청에 서면으로 보고하여야 한다.

②국ㆍ공립학교의 장은 운영위원회의 심의를 거치는 경우 교육활동 및 학교운영에 중대한 차질이 발생할 우려가 있거나 천재ㆍ지변, 그 밖의 불가항력의 사유로 운영위원회를 소집할 여유가 없는 때에는 법 제32조제1항 각 호의 사항에 대하여 운영위원회의 심의를 거치지 않고 이를 시행할 수 있다. <개정 2022.3.22>

③국ㆍ공립학교의 장은 제2항의 규정에 의하여 운영위원회의 심의를 거치지 아니하고 시행한 때에는 관련사항과 그 사유를 지체없이 운영위원회와 관할청에 서면으로 보고하여야 한다.
