최저임금법 제17조(회의)

① 위원회의 회의는 다음 각 호의 경우에 위원장이 소집한다. <개정 2010.6.4>

(1) Meetings미팅즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Commission커미션 shall섈 be비 convened컨^v빈드 by바이 the^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 in인 the^ð더 following^f팔로잉 cases:케이시즈

② 위원장은 위원회 회의의 의장이 된다.

(2) The^ð더 chairperson체어퍼슨 shall섈 preside프^r리자이드 over오우^v버 meetings미팅즈 of어^v브 the^ð더 Commission.커미션

③ 위원회의 회의는 이 법으로 따로 정하는 경우 외에는 재적위원 과반수의 출석과 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.

(3) Except익셉트 as애즈 otherwise어^ð더와이즈 provided프^r러^v바이디드 in인 this^ð디스 Act,액트 the^ð더 Commission커미션 shall섈 make메이크 resolutions^r레절루션즈 with위^ð드 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 its잇츠 registered^r레지스터드 members멤버즈 present프^r레전트 and앤드 with위^ð드 the^ð더 consent컨센트 of어^v브 a어 majority머조^r러티 of어^v브 the^ð더 members멤버즈 present.프^r레전트

④ 위원회가 제3항에 따른 의결을 할 때에는 근로자위원과 사용자위원 각 3분의 1 이상의 출석이 있어야 한다. 다만, 근로자위원이나 사용자위원이 2회 이상 출석요구를 받고도 정당한 이유 없이 출석하지 아니하는 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다.
