축산법 시행규칙 제47조의7(재심사 신청 등)

① 인증심사 결과에 대해 이의가 있는 자가 법 제42조의3제5항에 따라 재심사를 신청하려는 경우에는 같은 조 제3항 전단에 따라 인증심사 결과를 통지받은 날부터 7일 이내에 별지 제55호서식에 따른 인증 재심사 신청서에 재심사 신청사유를 증명하는 자료를 첨부하여 그 인증심사를 한 인증기관에 제출해야 한다.

② 제1항에 따른 재심사 신청을 받은 인증기관은 법 제42조의3제6항에 따라 재심사 신청을 받은 날부터 7일 이내에 인증 재심사 여부를 결정하여 신청인에게 통보해야 한다.

③ 법 제42조의3제7항에 따른 재심사는 제1항에 따라 재심사를 신청한 항목에 대해서만 실시한다.

④ 법 제42조의3제7항에 따른 재심사의 절차 및 방법, 인증서의 발급 등에 관하여는 제47조의5제2항부터 제5항까지의 규정을 준용한다.
