출입국관리법 제4조의2(출국금지기간의 연장)

① 법무부장관은 출국금지기간을 초과하여 계속 출국을 금지할 필요가 있다고 인정하는 경우에는 그 기간을 연장할 수 있다.

② 제4조제3항에 따라 출국금지를 요청한 기관의 장은 출국금지기간을 초과하여 계속 출국을 금지할 필요가 있을 때에는 출국금지기간이 끝나기 3일 전까지 법무부장관에게 출국금지기간을 연장하여 줄 것을 요청하여야 한다. <개정 2011.7.18>

③ 제1항 및 제2항에서 규정한 사항 외에 출국금지기간의 연장절차에 관하여 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
