출입국관리법 제96조(벌칙)

1. 제71조제4항(제70조제1항 및 제2항에서 준용하는 경우를 포함한다)에 따른 출항의 일시정지 또는 회항 명령이나 선박등의 출입 제한을 위반한 사람

1. 2. 정당한 사유 없이 제73조(제70조제1항 및 제2항에서 준용하는 경우를 포함한다)에 따른 준수사항을 지키지 아니하였거나 제73조의2제1항(제70조제1항 및 제2항에서 준용하는 경우를 포함한다) 또는 제3항(제70조제1항 및 제2항에서 준용하는 경우를 포함한다)을 위반하여 열람 또는 문서제출 요청에 따르지 아니한 사람

3. 정당한 사유 없이 제75조제1항(제70조제1항 및 제2항에서 준용하는 경우를 포함한다) 또는 제2항(제70조제1항 및 제2항에서 준용하는 경우를 포함한다)에 따른 보고서를 제출하지 아니하거나 거짓으로 제출한 사람
