치료감호 등에 관한 법률 제36조의4(보호관찰소와 정신건강복지센터의 공조)

① 보호관찰소의 장과 정신건강복지센터의 장은 피보호관찰자의 치료 및 재범방지, 사회복귀를 위하여 상호 협조하여야 한다. <개정 2016.5.29>
