콘텐츠산업 진흥법 제20조의5(공제규정)

① 공제조합은 제20조의3에 따른 공제사업을 하고자 하는 때에는 공제규정을 정하여야 한다.

② 제1항의 공제규정에는 공제사업의 종류ㆍ대상ㆍ부과금ㆍ준비금 및 적립금 등과 기본재산의 조성 및 운영 등에 필요한 사항을 정하여야 한다. <개정 2018.6.12, 2023.8.8>

③ 공제조합은 제2항에 따라 공제규정에서 정하는 사항 중 공제사업의 종류ㆍ대상, 그 밖에 대통령령으로 정하는 중요한 사항에 관하여는 문화체육관광부장관의 승인을 받아야 한다. 승인을 받은 사항을 변경하고자 하는 때에도 또한 같다.
