콘텐츠산업 진흥법 제32조(자료 요청 등)

① 조정위원회는 분쟁조정에 필요한 자료를 제공할 것을 분쟁당사자, 콘텐츠사업자 또는 참고인(이하 "분쟁당사자등"이라 한다)에게 요청할 수 있다. 이 경우 해당 분쟁당사자등은 정당한 사유가 없으면 이에 응하여야 한다.

② 조정위원회는 필요하다고 인정하는 경우에는 분쟁당사자등으로 하여금 조정위원회에 출석하게 하여 그 의견을 들을 수 있다.
