콘텐츠산업 진흥법 제35조(조정 비용 등)

① 조정위원회는 분쟁의 조정을 신청한 자에게 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 조정 비용을 부담하게 할 수 있다. 다만, 조정이 성립된 경우에는 그 결과에 따라 분쟁당사자에게 조정 비용을 분담하게 할 수 있다.
