탄소흡수원 유지 및 증진에 관한 법률 시행령 제18조(검증기관의 지정 등)

① 법 제20조제2항에 따른 국내외 제3의 검증기관은 다음 각 호의 기관 중에서 법 제23조에 따른 산림탄소센터의 장(이하 "산림탄소센터장"이라 한다)이 지정한다. <개정 2016.5.24, 2017.12.29, 2020.8.18, 2025.10.1>

② 산림탄소센터장은 제1항에 따라 지정한 검증기관이 고의나 중대한 과실로 검증을 부실하게 수행하였다고 판단되는 경우에는 검증기관의 지정을 취소할 수 있다.

③ 산림탄소센터장은 제1항 또는 제2항에 따라 검증기관을 지정 또는 지정취소한 경우에는 그 내용을 기후에너지환경부장관과 해당 검증기관에 알리고, 산림탄소센터의 인터넷 홈페이지에 게시하여야 한다. <개정 2016.5.24, 2017.12.29, 2025.10.1>
