특정강력범죄의 처벌에 관한 특례법 제13조(판결선고)

법원은 특정강력범죄사건에 관하여 변론을 종결한 때에는 신속하게 판결을 선고하여야 한다. 복잡한 사건이거나 그 밖에 특별한 사정이 있는 경우에도 판결의 선고는 변론 종결일부터 14일을 초과하지 못한다.
