평생교육법 시행령 제48조(원격교육 형태의 평생교육시설의 신고대상)

법 제33조제2항 전단에 따라 교육감에게 신고하여야 하는 원격교육 형태의 평생교육시설(이하 "원격평생교육시설"이라 한다)은 학습비를 받고 10명 이상의 불특정 학습자에게 30시간 이상의 교습과정에 따라 영상강의 또는 인터넷강의 등을 통하여 지식ㆍ기술ㆍ기능 및 예능에 관한 교육을 하는 시설로 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2013.3.23, 2014.6.30, 2019.7.2>
