평생교육법 시행령 제56조(원격대학 형태의 평생교육시설의 수익용 기본재산)

① 제50조제1호의 지방자치단체를 제외한 원격대학 형태의 평생교육시설의 설치자는 연간 학교회계 운영수익 총액에 해당하는 가액의 수익용 기본재산을 확보하여야 하며, 이에 필요한 사항은 「사이버대학 설립ㆍ운영 규정」 제7조제2항부터 제4항까지의 규정을 준용한다. <개정 2008.6.5>

② 원격대학 형태의 평생교육시설의 설치자는 매년 연간 학교회계 운영수익 총액(편제완성연도 이전의 경우에는 해당 학년도의 연간 학교회계 운영수익 총액으로 한다)에 해당하는 가액을 보험금으로 하는 보증보험에 가입함으로써 제1항에 따른 수익용 기본재산의 확보를 갈음할 수 있다. <개정 2008.6.5>
