Enforcement Decree of the Lifelong Education Act, Article 65 (Reporting of Establishment of Lifelong Education Facilities Attached to Civil Society Organizations)

① 법 제36조제2항에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 시민사회단체"란 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 시민사회단체로서 전문인력(평생교육프로그램 운영을 전담하는 인력을 말한다)을 1명 이상 확보하고 있는 단체를 말한다. <개정 2014.6.30, 2024.4.16>
