하도급거래 공정화에 관한 법률 제8조(부당한 위탁취소의 금지 등)

① 원사업자는 제조등의 위탁을 한 후 수급사업자의 책임으로 돌릴 사유가 없는 경우에는 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 행위를 하여서는 아니 된다. 다만, 용역위탁 가운데 역무의 공급을 위탁한 경우에는 제2호를 적용하지 아니한다.

② 원사업자는 목적물등의 납품등이 있는 때에는 역무의 공급을 위탁한 경우 외에는 그 목적물등에 대한 검사 전이라도 즉시(제7조에 따라 내국신용장을 개설한 경우에는 검사 완료 즉시) 수령증명서를 수급사업자에게 발급하여야 한다. 다만, 건설위탁의 경우에는 검사가 끝나는 즉시 그 목적물을 인수하여야 한다.
