학원의 설립ㆍ운영 및 과외교습에 관한 법률 제15조(교습비등)

① 학원설립ㆍ운영자, 교습자 또는 개인과외교습자는 학습자로부터 교습비등을 받을 수 있으며, 교습비등을 받는 경우 교육부령으로 정하는 바에 따른 영수증을 발급하여야 한다. <개정 2011.7.25, 2013.3.23>

② 학원설립ㆍ운영자, 교습자 또는 개인과외교습자는 교습내용과 교습시간 등을 고려하여 교습비를 정하고, 기타경비는 실비로 정한다. <개정 2011.7.25>

③ 학원설립ㆍ운영자, 교습자 또는 개인과외교습자는 시ㆍ도의 교육규칙으로 정하는 바에 따라 제1항에 따른 교습비등과 그 반환에 관한 사항을 학습자가 보기 쉬운 장소에 게시하여야 하며, 학습자를 모집할 목적으로 인쇄물ㆍ인터넷 등을 통하여 광고를 하는 경우에는 교습비등, 등록증명서 또는 신고증명서 내용 중 대통령령으로 정하는 사항을 표시하여야 한다. 이 경우 학습자 또는 학부모의 요구가 있을 때에는 교육부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 게시 또는 표시된 교습비등의 내역을 서면으로 고지하여야 한다. <개정 2011.7.25, 2013.3.23, 2016.5.29>

④ 학원설립ㆍ운영자, 교습자 또는 개인과외교습자는 교습비등을 거짓으로 표시ㆍ게시ㆍ고지하거나, 표시ㆍ게시ㆍ고지한 교습비등 또는 교육감에게 등록ㆍ신고한 교습비등을 초과한 금액을 징수하여서는 아니 된다. <개정 2011.7.25, 2016.5.29>
