한국도로교통공단법 시행령 제3조(지부등의 설치등기)

공단은 「한국도로교통공단법」(이하 "법"이라 한다) 제4조에 따라 지부, 연구원, 교통사고 분석센터, 교육기관, 교통방송국 및 운전면허시험장 등(이하 "지부등"이라 한다)을 설치한 경우에는 설치 후 3주일 이내에 주된 사무소의 소재지에서 설치된 지부등의 명칭, 소재지 및 설치 연월일을 등기해야 한다.
