한국자산관리공사 설립 등에 관한 법률 제25조(겸직금지 의무 등)

① 임직원은 그 직무 외에 영리를 목적으로 하는 업무에 종사하지 못한다.

② 임원은 금융위원회의 허가 없이 다른 직무를 겸하지 못하며, 직원은 사장의 허가 없이 다른 직무를 겸하지 못한다.

(2) Officers오^f퍼서즈 shall섈 not낫 hold호울드 other어^ð더 positions퍼지션즈 concurrently컨커^r런틀리 without위^ð다웃 the^ð더 permission퍼미션 of어^v브 the^ð더 Financial^f퍼낸실 Services서^v버시즈 Commission,커미션 and앤드 employees엠플로이이즈 shall섈 not낫 hold호울드 other어^ð더 positions퍼지션즈 concurrently컨커^r런틀리 without위^ð다웃 the^ð더 permission퍼미션 of어^v브 the^ð더 president.프^r레저덴트

③ 위원회의 위원, 공사의 임원 또는 직원이나 그 직(職)에 있었던 사람은 직무상 알게 된 비밀을 누설하거나 업무를 수행하면서 취득한 정보 및 자료를 이 법에서 정한 목적 외의 다른 용도로 사용하여서는 아니 된다. <개정 2021.8.17>

④ 임직원은 정관으로 정하는 바에 따라 공사의 업무수행과 관련한 재산을 취득하지 못한다.
