한국해양교통안전공단법 시행령 제3조(지사등의 설치등기)

공단은 법 제3조제2항에 따라 주된 사무소에 소속되지 않은 지사ㆍ사업소ㆍ연구기관 또는 교육기관 등(이하 "지사등"이라 한다)을 설치한 경우에는 설치 후 3주일 이내에 주된 사무소의 소재지에서 설치된 지사등의 명칭, 소재지 및 설치 연월일을 등기해야 한다.
