한부모가족지원법 제14조(고용의 촉진)

① 국가 또는 지방자치단체는 한부모가족의 모 또는 부와 아동의 직업능력을 개발하기 위하여 능력 및 적성 등을 고려한 직업능력개발훈련을 실시하여야 한다.

② 국가 또는 지방자치단체는 한부모가족의 모 또는 부와 아동의 고용을 촉진하기 위하여 개개인의 희망ㆍ적성ㆍ능력과 직종 등을 고려하여 적합한 직업을 알선하고 각종 사업장에 모 또는 부와 아동이 우선 고용되도록 노력하여야 한다. <개정 2024.12.3>
