한부모가족지원법 제25조의2(부정수급자에 대한 비용의 징수)

① 거짓이나 그 밖의 부정한 방법으로 복지 급여를 받거나 타인으로 하여금 복지 급여를 받게 한 경우 복지 급여를 지급한 지원기관은 그 비용의 전부 또는 일부를 그 복지 급여를 받은 자 또는 복지 급여를 받게 한 자(이하 "부정수급자"라 한다)로부터 징수할 수 있다. <개정 2014.1.21>

② 제1항에 따라 징수할 금액은 부정수급자에게 통지하여 징수하고, 부정수급자가 이에 응하지 아니하는 경우 국세강제징수의 예 또는 「지방행정제재ㆍ부과금의 징수 등에 관한 법률」에 따라 징수한다. <개정 2024.12.3>
