Decree on Registration of Port Facility Management Rights, etc., Article 35 (Dismissal of Applications)

등록공무원은 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 경우에는 이유를 적은 서면으로 신청을 각하하여야 한다. 다만, 신청의 결함이 보정(補正)될 수 있는 경우로서 신청인이 1근무일 이내에 이를 보정한 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다.
