항만시설관리권 등록령 제42조(등록증명서의 교부)

① 등록공무원은 신청에 따른 등록을 마친 경우에는 신청서의 부본에 접수연월일, 접수번호, 표시번호 또는 순위번호, 등록연월일 및 등록완료의 뜻을 적은 후 해양수산부장관 또는 시ㆍ도지사의 직인을 찍어 등록권리자에게 내줘야 한다. <개정 2013.3.23, 2022.12.6>

② 등록공무원은 직권 또는 촉탁에 따른 등록을 마친 경우에는 제1항에 준하여 작성한 서면을 등록권리자에게 내주어야 한다.

③ 등록공무원은 제32조에 따른 신청에 따라 등록을 마친 경우에는 제1항의 서면을 채권자에게 내주고, 등록완료의 뜻을 등록권리자에게 알려야 한다.
