형법 제288조(추행 등 목적 약취, 유인 등)

① 추행, 간음, 결혼 또는 영리의 목적으로 사람을 약취 또는 유인한 사람은 1년 이상 10년 이하의 징역에 처한다.

② 노동력 착취, 성매매와 성적 착취, 장기적출을 목적으로 사람을 약취 또는 유인한 사람은 2년 이상 15년 이하의 징역에 처한다.

(2) A어 person퍼슨 who후 kidnaps키드냅스 or오 lures루어즈 another어너^ð더 person퍼슨 for^f포 the^ð더 purpose퍼퍼스 of어^v브 labor레이버 exploitation,엑스플로이테이션 prostitution프^r라스터투션 and앤드 sexual섹슈얼 exploitation,엑스플로이테이션 or오 organ오근 removal^r리무^v블 shall섈 be비 punished퍼니시트 by바이 imprisonment임프^r리전먼트 with위^ð드 labor레이버 for^f포 not낫 less레스 than^ð댄 two투 years이어즈 and앤드 not낫 more모 than^ð댄 15 years.이어즈

③ 국외에 이송할 목적으로 사람을 약취 또는 유인하거나 약취 또는 유인된 사람을 국외에 이송한 사람도 제2항과 동일한 형으로 처벌한다.

(3) A어 person퍼슨 who후 kidnaps키드냅스 or오 lures루어즈 another어너^ð더 person퍼슨 for^f포 the^ð더 purpose퍼퍼스 of어^v브 transporting트^r랜스포팅 that^ð댓 person퍼슨 abroad,어브^r로드 or오 who후 transports트^r랜스포츠 a어 kidnapped키드냅트 or오 lured루어드 person퍼슨 abroad,어브^r로드 shall섈 also올소 be비 punished퍼니시트 by바이 the^ð더 same세임 punishment퍼니시먼트 as애즈 in인 paragraph패^r러그^r래^f프 (2).
