형사소송법 제132조(압수물의 대가보관)

①몰수하여야 할 압수물로서 멸실ㆍ파손ㆍ부패 또는 현저한 가치 감소의 염려가 있거나 보관하기 어려운 압수물은 매각하여 대가를 보관할 수 있다.

②환부하여야 할 압수물 중 환부를 받을 자가 누구인지 알 수 없거나 그 소재가 불명한 경우로서 그 압수물의 멸실ㆍ파손ㆍ부패 또는 현저한 가치 감소의 염려가 있거나 보관하기 어려운 압수물은 매각하여 대가를 보관할 수 있다.
